The investigation of real materials promotes concrete learning. Children learn about size, shapes, and spatial concepts while playing with blocks. They learn self-help skills and social skills in the house area. Children experimenting with colors and textures learn to think creatively in the art area. They learn math and science while using puzzles and table toys. Vocabulary is constantly learned while children play.
